ORDER PROCESSING

All products are made to order.

Once you place an order, it goes into production before it ships. Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • Additional time during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, etc.)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Endure Suffering Co.


DELAYS

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Customs processing

Endure Suffering Co is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal service

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
