OVERVIEW

At Endure Suffering Co, all products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem


NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are processed quickly after being placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is submitted.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.


REFUND PROCESS

If your claim is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement item at no cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


SHIPPING ISSUES

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
